Hi everyone. I'm unable to turn OFF weekly activity emails in Microsoft Family Safety.

I set up accounts for my children on Xbox, which are linked to Microsoft Family Safety to monitor their online activities across all Microsoft platforms, including Xbox. However, the issue is that each child receives weekly activity emails, and I haven't been able to find an option to disable them.

Hi there, I’m Arlene, an independent advisor.

To stop the weekly activity emails, you’ll need to turn off activity reporting completely for your child. Here’s how:

Go to family.microsoft.com and sign in with your parent (organizer) account.

    Select your child’s profile.

    Click on Activity.

Turn off the switch for "Activity reporting".

Just note: this also stops you from seeing their online activity, it disables all reporting, not just the emails.

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Regards,

    Arlene D.
