I have been charged on my bank account and in my credit card for Microsoft 365. This also happened last year too but it is impossible to get to speak to someone to find out why it has been taken twice and how to stop it

Hi there, Tracy! This Marc. Thanks for reaching out.

Visit this link https://account.microsoft.com/services and from there, you should be able to see your active subscriptions and access options for billing support. If you have two separate Microsoft accounts, it's worth checking if the two charges are associated with different accounts, which might explain the double billing. Otherwise, Microsoft's billing support team will be able to investigate the duplicate charge and assist you with a refund or preventing future occurrences.

Let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,

Generally, your Microsoft account(s) should provide the billing information. However, see also https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93 .
