Outlook Calendar view size

Window 11 update has changed the view of my calendar. I am a scheduler and I often need to have multiple clinician's calendars open while on a phone line with clients and while having other forms visible. Prior to the update, each calendar I added to the open screen would shrink the size of the others up to about 5 calendars. allowing me to see who had time available for the caller to be scheduled with . Now I can only see two at a time on a standard screen. I searched for a work around and all I could find was changing my scale or resolution (which would effect the visible size of all of my windows) I can not see well enough to be able to use that option.

    Dear @Cathy McatESD113

    Welcome to the Q&A Community.

We appreciate you taking the time to share a detailed explanation of the issue. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the negative experience this may have caused.

Unfortunately, New Outlook has limited calendar view customization. As a workaround, you can use Split View to display multiple calendars side by side. To view more, scroll horizontally using the slider at the bottom. You can add unlimited calendars, but only up to 10 can be viewed simultaneously. User's image
