Hello @Rachel P,
Thank you for reaching out to Q&A forum.
Regarding your concern, it appears you're experiencing a known issue where only the Viva Engage icon is visible in the SharePoint Quick Links icon library, while others are missing.
To assist you further with more accuracy, could you please provide the following details:
- Have you tried clearing your browser cache to see if the icons reappear?
- Are the icons visible on older SharePoint sites you’ve created previously?
- Have you attempted to access your SharePoint site using a different browser or in private/incognito mode?
- Could you check if the Limited-access user permission lockdown mode is activated?
To do this:
- Go to your SharePoint Site Settings
- Click Site Collection Features under the Site Collection Administration heading
- Look for the Limited-access user permission lockdown mode and confirm its status
In the meantime, I recommend clearing your site data and cache, and trying again in incognito mode. Here's how to clear Site Data for SharePoint:
- Open your browser settings
- Navigate to Privacy and Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Select Manage Site Data and clear data for SharePoint
- Refresh the SharePoint page and try again
Please let me know the results after trying these steps, and I’ll continue to assist you further.
