How to make edits to update a digital signature in a form in Microsoft Access

I was hired as the Operations Manager for a charity a few years ago. The outgoing Operations Manager updated the form receipts, which are generated through the Access database, with my digital signature so the transition would be easier for me. However, there are no instructions about how to edit this document or update the signature when I leave. I am working on an updated operations manual.

    Dear @PFLC Operations

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Based on your description, it sounds like you are trying to update a digital signature embedded in a Microsoft Access form which likely used for generating receipts and wants to include clear instructions in an updated operations manual. Therefore, I have an idea that you may check if it can help you:

    1.Open the Access database.

2.Find the receipt report in the Navigation Pane.

    3.Right-click and select “Design View".

4.Click the signature image and update the “Picture” property with the new image file.

5.Save and test the report to confirm the update.

Also, I appreciate that you could figure it out yourself and it'd be great if you can share or update about it. This can help others in our community who find the same issue.

    Wish you a pleasant day!

No promises, but if you're willing to share your screen to show what you're working with, maybe I can help you figure out how to do it. If interested, you can email me at thedbguy at gmail.
