Dear @Tiana Brown,
Welcome to the Q&A Community.
We appreciate you taking the time to share a detailed explanation of the issue.
Thank you for sharing the details of your concerns. Regarding the issue you're experiencing, may I kindly ask for a bit more information?
- Could you please confirm whether your account is a Business/Education (This is an organizational account provided by a company or educational institution) or a Personal account?
- If your account is a Business or Education account, are you the Global Administrator of your organization?
- Could you let us know where your plan was stored and how it was deleted?
This distinction is important, as the resolution process may vary depending on the type of account involved in the issue you described.
Once we have this information, we can proceed with targeted troubleshooting steps.
Additionally, if the plan was deleted by removing the associated Microsoft 365 Group, it may be recoverable, restoring the Group can also restore the linked Planner plan. However, if only the plan was deleted (not the Group), Planner currently doesn’t support restoring plans or tasks via the user interface.
I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout this process. Your collaboration means a lot. I look forward to your response and hope to hear from you soon.
