Microsoft's language for consumer ESU is that it will be "rolling" out. This means it is not available to all users from all locales all at once, so it might take a bit time before you see the link. It is rolling out to Insider version users first, then selected Windows 10 PCs in July, and broad availaibility by mid-August. Please make sure you review the requirement so that your computer is eligible: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10-consumer-extended-security-updates-esu-program-33e17de9-36b3-43bb-874d-6c53d2e4bf42

at this page it references KB5062649 to have ESU option available.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5489827/how-to-enroll-windows-10-in-extended-security-upda
But also kb5046613 for the same thing.

i got these downloads, both say they are not for my pc, but is the right version, so again
MS has made it impossible to use the ESU option forcing 10 users to buy pc upgrades.

this weeks update will break or seal my decision to look into class action for this forced upgrade.
this is all part of the big picture to force you to buy new equipment, just like Apple has done, and phones which stop receiving security updates after 2 years and are impossible to manually update their os.

I guess the mass rush to go to Windows 11, that they expected, didn't happen.

I'll just run my Win10 laptop on Win 10, until Win 12 appears, or someone hacks me and shuts it all down. My personal and sensitive data is fully encrypted and backed up offline, so I'm not overly concerned about that. Go ahead Microsoft, make my day.
