Hello Microsoft Rewards Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I am writing to request your help regarding my Microsoft Rewards account. I recently redeemed a ₹1500 Amazon Pay Gift Card (Order ID: 4978fcb4-2e4a-450c-80ad-53eb91e4548f) on July 19, 2025, but the status has been stuck as “In Progress” for over 5 days. Also, I noticed a warning on the support page that my account may not be following Microsoft Rewards policies.

If there has been any unintentional mistake from my side — such as using VPN, multiple logins, or anything else I wasn’t aware could violate the rules — I sincerely apologize. I assure you that I will strictly follow all Microsoft Rewards terms going forward.
