Can the users change their passwords using ctrl+alt+del if they are on Autopilot and we turn PHS on?

Hi, we are migrating all our PCs to Autopilot, and we are investigating the benefits of PHS. I'm trying to find if we turn PHS on (currently using AD FS) but not as the principal sign-in method but as a backup, will the changing password via CTRL+ALT+DEL feature be available if the PC is in Autopilot?

And if we use PHS as our primary sign-in method? I'm interested in both cases.
