It sounds like you encountered a fake tech support scam website that mimicked a Microsoft Defender alert to scare you into calling a number or downloading something. Since you didn’t interact with it beyond visiting the site and you forcefully shut down your computer, you likely avoided any harm. To be safe, you should run a full malware scan using Windows Security-->Virus & threat protection--> Full Scan , clear your browser cache and cookies, check for any suspicious apps or browser extensions, and review your startup programs. Also, monitor your Microsoft account for unusual activity and change your passwords if you entered any personal information. If everything looks normal and you didn’t download or install anything, you’re most likely safe.
In case you find any Files that you suspect could be malware, don’t delete it immediately. Upload it to Submit a file for malware analysisfor analysis.

So I went on a website to see what a ad a youtuber Jake Tran was abt
I went on it and suddenly all this stuff popped up and like was saying Microsoft Defender call support immedietly and stuff i forced shutdown and went on microsoft security it looks fine but i couldnt move or go off anything and it really scared me i dont know if it was real and now im panicing I have no idea what happened
