Hi @Mason, John
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
To better assist you, could you please confirm the following detail:
- Are the new contacts saved under your Outlook account, or under iCloud or another account?
- Have you checked if Outlook has permission to access your contacts in your iPhone settings?
In the meantime, I recommend trying these steps:
1/ Check Outlook’s access to contacts
Go to your iPhone’s Settings => Apps => Contact. Add your account and make sure Contacts is turned on.
2/ Turn on “Save Contacts” in Outlook
Open the Outlook app > Tap your profile picture > Settings > Tap your email account > Turn on Save Contacts.
3/ Set Outlook as the default for new contacts
Go to Settings > Contacts > Default Account and choose your Outlook account.
4/ Update your apps
Make sure both your iPhone and the Outlook app are up to date.
5/ Restart Outlook or Reinstall
If the issue persists, try restarting the app or reinstalling it to refresh sync settings.
