Volume on Mac OS 15 increases of decreases when Teams call is received or initiated

I have been suffering from this issue of the Mac's volume automatically increasing, decreasing, and sometimes going to zero whenever a Teams call is made or received. I initially thought it could be due to the T4 dock I have, but I noted it happens even when I remove that from the equation.

I have seen many other users complain of the same issue, but I have never seen a solution from anyone, and more importantly, Microsoft itself. The issue is not the result of the Mac and its OS, as it does not happen on Zoom, etc., only on Teams.

People suggested I try ancillary products like Loopback, but I cannot solve this using that.

One thing that I noticed that did solve the issue was if I went to Teams > Settings > Devices, and in the audio section set my Speaker to MacBook Pro Speakers and the Microphone to the Anker S3 conference speaker I use for my calls. This works, but is not a solution for me due to possible feedback of sound.

Does anyone have a solution that actually works which I could implement, and Microsoft, please do not suggest reinstall, reset. flushing the cache, etc, as I have already tried these things.

Looking forward to some answers.
