Difficulty with Bookings

I am trying to set up my bookings page, so that students I work with can schedule appointments with me via that link.

I have my availability set to accept appointments from 9am to 4:30pm M-F in every possible setting that I can find through outlook and my bookings page.

Whenever I open the bookings link that I would send to students, it only allows meeting times from 4am to 11am. I have no idea why or how to fix this. Any suggestions?

This is a common issue and is typically caused by a time zone mismatch between your Outlook calendar and Bookings settings, which might cause time zone confusion.

    To resolve this, we would recommend you follow steps:

    1. Confirm Bookings Page Time Zone
    • Go to Bookings > Booking Page > Region and time zone.
    • Set the correct time zone (e.g., Eastern Time UTC−05:00).
    • Enable “Always show time slots in business time zone”.
    • Save changes.
    1. Verify Outlook Time Zone
    • In Outlook Web: Settings > General > Region and time zone.
    • In Outlook Desktop: File > Options > Calendar > Time zones.
    • Ensure both match your local time zone.
    1. Align Outlook Working Hours
    • Set working hours to 9:00 AM–4:30 PM (Mon–Fri).
    • Make sure all Outlook clients (web, desktop) reflect the same hours.

    Under Staff > Your Name, ensure:

    • Availability follows business hours.
      • Time zone is correct.
    1. Test in Private Browser
    • Open your public booking link in incognito mode.
    • Confirm slots show 9:00 AM–4:30 PM and correct time zone.
