Dear @Steinert, Shasta,
Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A community.
Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue with your Microsoft Bookings page. I understand that despite setting your availability to 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday), your bookings link is only showing time slots from 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This is a common issue and is typically caused by a time zone mismatch between your Outlook calendar and Bookings settings, which might cause time zone confusion.
To resolve this, we would recommend you follow steps:
- Confirm Bookings Page Time Zone
- Go to Bookings > Booking Page > Region and time zone.
- Set the correct time zone (e.g., Eastern Time UTC−05:00).
- Enable “Always show time slots in business time zone”.
- Save changes.
- Verify Outlook Time Zone
- In Outlook Web: Settings > General > Region and time zone.
- In Outlook Desktop: File > Options > Calendar > Time zones.
- Ensure both match your local time zone.
- Align Outlook Working Hours
- Set working hours to 9:00 AM–4:30 PM (Mon–Fri).
- Make sure all Outlook clients (web, desktop) reflect the same hours.
- Review Bookings Business Hours
- In the multi-staff Bookings app, check Business Information.
- Set default hours to Monday–Friday 9:00–16:30.
- Edit Service Availability
- For each service/meeting type:
- Set General availability to “Use default business hours” or “Custom hours”.
- Avoid “bookable when staff are free” to prevent early slots.
- Confirm duration, time increments, and buffers are correct.
- Avoid “bookable when staff are free” to prevent early slots.
- Set General availability to “Use default business hours” or “Custom hours”.
- Check Staff Settings
Under Staff > Your Name, ensure:
- Availability follows business hours.
- Time zone is correct.
- Test in Private Browser
- Open your public booking link in incognito mode.
- Confirm slots show 9:00 AM–4:30 PM and correct time zone.
