im the admin and logged in, i have the latest update running 22h2 on windows 10 home but i donrt see the 'enroll' option for ESU

I also meet all of the requirements and still, August 6, 2025, the ESU option does not appear.
When do you believe it will become available?

Still no link and my computer meets the requirements. I have contacted Microsoft support several times but had no posifitive results. Yesterday, 08/18/2025 on the phone for hours mostly waiting one hour at a time for the next person. The last person for Support could not help me. She said she is having the same issues with her own computer to enroll in ESU. She said to check daily for the link to appear. humm...

It's now mid-August, and I still don't see the banner either.
Any updates?
EDIT: Also, I wish MS would just stop this nonsense and let us upgrade to Windows 11 with a big fat disclaimer that security won't be any better than what it was on Windows 10 without a TPM.

Nothing for me either. It would have been SO easier for us windows 10 users if Microsoft would've just set up a website, we tick a box to choose how to pay or get ESU free, and then click on a link to check if you have Windows 10 Version 22H2 and receive ESU and be done with it.

It would be nice if some real Tech person from Microsoft would actually tell us what's going on, and why the enrollment wizard is not popping up for most Windows 10 users to date? It is frustrating...
Those of us with Microsoft accounts, and subscriptions, should be able to log into that MS account and download the ESU. Just a thought....

I meet every criteria to upgrade except processor - I have an older Surface Pro. Does this mean I cannot sign up for ESU? I have tried unsuccessfully to find the "enroll now" and it doesn't exist for me. I'm so frustrated! Please help

i've gone to this page ten times, i don't see why i wouldn't qualify although i don't get the 21H2 reference - i have 22H2

Please wait for the ESU enrollment link to appear in your Windows update settings this coming August.

Hello, thanks for your help. At this point I have, to the best of my knowledge, completed all the steps to be able to enroll in the ESU program. So far, the Enroll option does not appear where I understand it should be. The instructions and help seem to be just going in a circle of items that should already been completed. I don't know what else to do. Please don't send me another link to the same pages I have visited before..

Hi John, been reading your comments about ESU thanks for that. I like a lot of people will sign up for another year etc. Although I have everything sync to OneDrive, I have very little storage. We get the 5 GB FREE and I only use 0.3 so very little used, Maybe I should use this option and not the one off fee! A lot of my friends have loads of files and videos etc but not me. In there case they would and probably have purchased more space! It will certainly be a big talking point until October 14th

I have downloaded the most recent update KB5063709 to both my computers but am not seeing the ESU. It's now mid- August, what's going on? This has been very frustrating!
