It's now mid-August, and I still don't see the banner either.

EDIT: Also, I wish MS would just stop this nonsense and let us upgrade to Windows 11 with a big fat disclaimer that security won't be any better than what it was on Windows 10 without a TPM.
i meet all of the criteria for ESU but I don't see enroll option on my windows 10 PC
im the admin and logged in, i have the latest update running 22h2 on windows 10 home but i donrt see the 'enroll' option for ESU
