Could you please confirm if you're signed in with the correct Microsoft account? something you might have used in the past?
Sometimes charges may appear under a different account if you have more than one associated with your credit card.
Go to the Manage Your Payments page on your Microsoft account dashboard and check if the transaction is visible in your account. If you do not recognize the charge, select "Investigate".

- Go to this page:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
- Type "Talk to an agent," then click Get Help.
- At the bottom of the page, click Contact Support. Please sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you are encountering the same issue when using the affected account, please use a different one to contact the Microsoft support team.
- Select "Other Products" > "Billing and Account Profile questions" > Confirm.
- Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
