Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Could you please confirm if you're signed in with the correct Microsoft account? something you might have used in the past?

Sometimes charges may appear under a different account if you have more than one associated with your credit card.

Go to the Manage Your Payments page on your Microsoft account dashboard and check if the transaction is visible in your account. If you do not recognize the charge, select "Investigate".

If you're still having trouble finding why you have been charged and cannot cancel the subscription in your account, it is recommended to get in touch with the Microsoft Accounts and Billing support for assistance.

    1. Go to this page:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
    2. Type "Talk to an agent," then click Get Help.
    3. At the bottom of the page, click Contact Support. Please sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you are encountering the same issue when using the affected account, please use a different one to contact the Microsoft support team.
    4. Select "Other Products" > "Billing and Account Profile questions" > Confirm.
    5. Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

Let me know if you still need more help.

hello Wayne, I have had office 365 since 2020 for the price of renewal 6999 per year. I received a billing a couple of months ago for 90.XX and I have received another billing for 90.XX. I need to know why the price went up and why it’s asking me for another billing. This should be 6999.

if you look at my history for okil****@cox.net, it shows 6999 yearly since 2020. Then an auto pay was taken a couple of months ago for 90.XX and now it’s showing there’s another 90.XX do tomorrow. Please advise.
