windows 11pro upgrade error

Dear Microsoft team,

i purchased window 11pro and got mail of purchase order but their product Key not mentioned. When i ll receive product key.

I tried to upgrade windows 11pro during update time failed then after not able to upgrade.

currently showing windows is not activated kindly help.

    This is a known bug in the Home to Pro upgrade process, where the Enterprise edition gets installed instead of Pro, use this fix with the generic Pro product key:

    Important - disconnect totally from the Internet

    Open the Settings App (Gear icon on your Starr Menu)

    Go to Update and Security - Activation

    Click Change Product key

    Enter this generic product key: VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T

    When prompted, click 'Activate Product'

    If the above does not work first time, restart your PC and try again.

    Note the generic key will cause Enterprise to downgrade to the Pro edition, then your own legal licence will activate automatically after you restart (not shut down) your PC

    I Purchased windows 11pro from Microsoft and i received mail regarding invoice and order but product key not got yet. usually how many days microsoft provides generic window purchase key
