Hello,
You need to click on the three dots of your son's name, click on "Manage consent" first. Then delete/remove the consent. Then go back to remove him from the family group, it should let you then.

Hi
How do I remove my 15 year old son from the family? He plays xBOX and is stopped from doing so with some games as he is still young. And his friends have sent him an game invite and he cannot see it.
I am the adult and I tried here: https://app.screencast.com/FA117DroqfsDY BUt go a message about the 'adult' has to remove my son... I am the adult, so not sure how or why I Cannot?!?!
Any help would be great
Rob

It should. But it might linger as it can take some time to sync and refresh the changes. If that still won't resolve after, he could log out and log back in to see if it helps.
hi
Sorry but now the Xbox is stopping him playing a game that is rate higher than his age, how would this be solved?
