Dear @juan perez,
Good day! Welcome to Q&A forum!
Thank you for your detailed information and for doing standard troubleshooting process! I really appreciate it!
To understand the situation better, could you confirm the following information:
- Are the same users always affected?
- Are they in the same location or using the same internet provider?
- Is the delay happening on desktop, mobile, or both?
- Are they using Wi-Fi or wired connections?
Your confirmation would be very helpful!
I have checked on Service Health and Microsoft Teams is currently healthy.
In the meantime, kindly try the following suggestions check what could have caused the issue:
- Try Teams in a Web Browser
- Kindly ask affected users to use Teams in a browser
- If messages arrive instantly there, the issue is likely with the desktop app or local network settings
- Make sure your firewall or proxy allows Teams traffic as Microsoft’s network requirements are: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/prepare-network
- Collect Teams logs for deeper troubleshooting: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoftteams/log-files
-
- On the desktop app, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + 1 to download logs
- These logs can be attached to a support ticket for deeper analysis
-
Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing how things are going!
