Inactive subscription after payment

I paid the subscription as I did during the past few years but this time the subscription looks inactive. I have proof of payment. What can I do?

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you see your subscription listed there, and if so, does the expiry date listed indicate a current subscription?
