    Dear gene kildea
Warm greetings from the Q&A Forum,

I understand you're currently unable to receive emails on your iOS device.

To better understand the situation and provide a more direct solution, could you please let me know your email domain (e.g., @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @company.com).

In the meantime, I recommend trying the following basic steps:

    1. Sign in via Outlook Web:

    • To check if the issue persists, please try logging in through the Outlook Web version.
    • You can also try signing in using 2–3 different browsers. Be sure to clear your browser cache to ensure a clean connection.

    2. Double-check your Mail storage:

It’s important to confirm that your email storage isn’t full. Here’s how to check:

    • Go to Apple menu  > System Settings > General > Storage
    • Wait for the storage breakdown to load
    • Look for Mail in the list to see how much space it's using
    • For more detailed info, open Finder, press Cmd + Shift + G, enter ~/Library/Mail, and check the folder sizes

These are the two most basic steps I recommend before moving on to more advanced troubleshooting. If the issue continues, please reach back out with more details and, if possible, a screenshot of the error. Kindly blur out any personal or sensitive information for your safety.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help!

    Kind regards,
