If you purchased your Surface power supply in December 2024, it’s likely covered under our 1-year limited hardware warranty. You also had 90 days of technical support from the purchase date.
To check your warranty:
Open the Surface app and go to Warranty & Services, or
Visit account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in to view or register your device.
If it’s out of warranty, we offer paid service options. Let us know if you need help with the next steps.
