- Check with your IT administrator (if you're not admin) to ensure your account is still active and licensed properly. Recent changes (such as password resets, license updates, or security policy changes) may require reauthentication.
- Once confirmed, I recommend clearing the Teams app cache and signing in again:
- On Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Teams → Storage → Clear Cache, then restart the app.
- On iOS: If available, go to Settings → Teams → Clear app data, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Please note that the steps to clear cache or reset the app may vary slightly depending on your device model and operating system version.
