    Hi @Lerissa Bart,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the detail.

Based on the error code you shared, this error is often related to a sign-in token issue or account changes in your organization’s Azure Active Directory.  To help troubleshoot to help locate the issue, please follow the steps below:

    1. Could you please try signing in to Teams on the web or another device and let me know if you still see the same error code?
    2. Check with your IT administrator (if you're not admin) to ensure your account is still active and licensed properly. Recent changes (such as password resets, license updates, or security policy changes) may require reauthentication.
    3. Once confirmed, I recommend clearing the Teams app cache and signing in again:
      • On Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Teams → Storage → Clear Cache, then restart the app.
      • On iOS: If available, go to Settings → Teams → Clear app data, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
      • Please note that the steps to clear cache or reset the app may vary slightly depending on your device model and operating system version.

If the issue persists after these steps, please ask your IT administrator to raise a support ticket in Microsoft 365 admin center

For reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

By doing so, this will allow our senior Support team to use advanced tools to investigate Azure sign-in logs and token processing errors specific to your account.

Should you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.
