I need to install Microsoft Money 99 from my disk onto my new windows Surface x 13.8
I ran the installed trouble shooter set to windows 7 and it said it had made changes and it said to test the program but I could not get it to run.can anyone help?

Microsoft Money 99 is a 16/32-bit hybrid application built for Windows 9x/2000/XP. On the otherhand Surface X is ARM-based, meaning:
It cannot run 16-bit installers or drivers at all. The Money 99 installer itself uses a 16-bit setup program, which Windows 10/11 on ARM cannot run.
