Issues with VM Connectivity in Host Pools Sessions

Several virtual machines (VMs) in host pool sessions are unable to connect. Despite applying the same prefix and configuration to all VMs during creation, the connectivity issue appears random.

The VMs that fail to connect display the following error:

This health check verifies that the session host is joined to a domain. If this check fails, it is fatal, and no connections will succeed. To solve this, join the virtual machine to a domain.

All session hosts were configured with identical settings, yet some VMs connect successfully while others do not, resulting in connection blocks under host pools. What steps can be taken to troubleshoot this inconsistency? I do not have a domain to join the AVD with , using entra id.
