function app not showing in azure

When I update the function app on azure code, it does not show anymore. Also when I try to run/test it shows error in the pop up window.

In a similar case, the issue was caused by a missing AzureWebJobsStorage setting in the Function App configuration. You can check and fix it as follows:

In the Azure Portal, open your Function App.

Go to Configuration → Application settings.

Add a new key: Name: AzureWebJobsStorage Value: connection string of the linked Storage Account.

Save and restart the Function App.

This should resolve the problem and make the Function App visible and runnable again.
