Unable to resubscribe to Microsoft 365 Office

I'm attempting to resubscribe to MS 365 Office and after entering my payment details, and selecting the specific product, I reach the blue subscribe button but nothing happens after clicking on it.

    Hi,

    Try to remove and re-add your card.
    If the issue persists, try using a different browser or incognito/in-private mode, and try to subscribe to Microsoft 365. Sometimes, browser cache interferes with payment processing.

    If you still have the same issue, try using another device or network, like your phone or phone data.

    Has your Microsoft 365 Office already expired, or did you just turn off your recurring bill?

    If you just turned off your recurring bill or your MS 365 office has not yet expired, please go to the link below.

    Locate your subscription and then select Manage.

    Do one of the following:

    • If you see a Turn on recurring billing link, choose it to turn recurring billing on.
    • If you see a Renew link, choose it to renew your subscription. This will also turn recurring billing on.
