Azure Local Deployment Not Eligible on Dell AX-750: Eligibility Error Investigation and Resolution

We are experiencing issues while deploying Azure Local. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

Machine Not Eligible

On the “Add machines” step, the available server (AZ-01) is displayed with a Status of “Not eligible” and cannot be added to the node pool.

  The server details are:
  
        Server name: AZ-01
        
              Operating system: Azure Stack HCI
              
                    Model: AX-750
                    
                    **Basic Tab Error**
                    
                       At the top of the “Basics” section, there is a **red warning/indicator**, which seems to block progress in the deployment workflow.
                       
                          All required fields (Subscription and Resource group) are selected, and no field is marked as incomplete.
                          

Summary: Despite filling in required information on the Basics tab and identifying at least one Azure Stack HCI machine, we are unable to proceed due to the “Not eligible” status for the machine and the error indicator on the Basics section.

Requesting your assistance to:

Identify why AZ-01 is considered not eligible.

• Clarify what the error on the Basics tab indicates and steps to resolve it.
