Dear Team,
Sign out completely from the wrong profile and log in with your original account.
Since Windows is only showing one profile:
- Sign out (Start → your user icon → Sign out) or
Ctrl+Alt+End
→ Sign Out in RDP. - At the sign-in screen, click Other user (if visible) and enter your old username & password.
- If “Other user” doesn’t appear, press
Ctrl+Alt+Del
→ Switch user orCtrl+Alt+End
in remote session. - If still stuck, open Run (
Win+R
) → typelogoff
and press Enter — this forces logoff and returns you to full login screen. - If your old profile/account is not listed at all, it may have been removed from the system — in that case, you’ll need an admin to re-enable or recreate it.
