Accidentally changed user profile on a remote desktop and cannot figure out how to change the user profile back

I have changed jobs and went to remote in to a desktop dedicated to remote log in. (Through logmein). When that happened, it changed the user profile to another employees' user profile. I have tried to change the user back but there is now no option to change to original user profile. I have tried Ctrl + Alt + Del; Windows Key + L; and restarting the desktop. It is not giving me any options to switch to a different user.

    Dear Team,

Sign out completely from the wrong profile and log in with your original account.

Since Windows is only showing one profile:

    1. Sign out (Start → your user icon → Sign out) or Ctrl+Alt+EndSign Out in RDP.
    2. At the sign-in screen, click Other user (if visible) and enter your old username & password.
    3. If “Other user” doesn’t appear, press Ctrl+Alt+DelSwitch user or Ctrl+Alt+End in remote session.
    4. If still stuck, open Run (Win+R) → type logoff and press Enter — this forces logoff and returns you to full login screen.
    5. If your old profile/account is not listed at all, it may have been removed from the system — in that case, you’ll need an admin to re-enable or recreate it.

    Best Regards,
