To use OAuth 2.0 for email scanning on an All-In-One device, I need to enable the “Authenticated SMTP” feature/setting in my free Outlook account. The Microsoft 365 paid application setting is found for each user in the Microsoft 365 Management Center. If it an actual setting is available, where would I find it?

outlook.com only supports oauth/2. Authenticated SMTP is no longer supported, so there is no setting.

to use oauth/2 client and secret with outlook, requires an Azure Entra ID account. in the account you could add application registration, and create a client secret. if your all in one device support oauth/2 you can give it the information.
