    Hi,

If you are referring to the taskbar of your Windows 10 Desktop, you may move it by dragging with a mouse or through Windows settings.

    Dragging with a mouse:

    • Click and hold an empty area of the taskbar
    • Drag it to your bottom
    • Release the mouse button to drop it in place

Please make sure that the taskbar is unlocked.

    Windows settings:

    • Right-click the taskbar
    • Click Taskbar settings
    • Find the Taskbar location on screen
    • Choose Bottom from the dropdown

If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Stay Safe!

I see. Thank you for clarifying, and I am sorry for the misunderstanding.

Please try the following steps if you are using the Navigation panel or bar of Outlook 365.
Click File > Options > select Advanced on the left pane > Check the Show Apps in Outlook box, and click OK > It will prompt you to restart your Outlook or close and reopen Outlook to apply the changes.

If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
