In this situation, you could consider trying some troubleshooting below:
- If you previously enabled backup on your old iPhone or iPad, you could restore your Authenticator accounts on your new iPhone:
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your new iPhone
- Tap “Restore from backup” at the bottom of the screen
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account used on your old device
- Your saved accounts (including 2FA codes) should reappear

- If backup wasn’t enabled, you’ll need to manually recover access to your Microsoft account:
- Go to the Microsoft Account Recovery Form
- Enter your personal email (Gmail) and follow the prompts
- Provide as much detail as possible—past passwords, Xbox Gamertag, services used, etc.

If you still cannot access your account through the above method, I would suggest you contact our online agent to check the account status for you.
Please use an available personal Microsoft account to contact an online agent:

- Sign in to another available Microsoft account. Make sure you log in with your personal account.

- Turn off two-step verification (if possible)
- Add a new trusted device or phone number
