SET UP SIGNATURE ON EMAIL

• What email client are you using — Outlook, Gmail, or something else?
• If you're using Outlook, may I know which version it is? Is it Outlook on the Web, Legacy Outlook, or the New Outlook? Additionally, if you're using the desktop version, have you tried saving your signature via Outlook Web?
• If possible, could you provide screenshots of each step you take when creating your signature? Just a quick reminder to exclude any personal or sensitive information from the images.

To further help, can you confirm please if is there an error when trying to save or no option to proceed with saving as its greyed out?
