Hello Fergo Armaturen,
Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!
To troubleshoot why your campaign is not getting impressions despite having sufficient budget and imported merchant data, I recommend the following steps:
- In the Microsoft Advertising user interface, please go to the Microsoft Merchant Center and select the Manage Stores icon on the left. Confirm that your store is showing an Approved status.
- If the store is Approved, use the Microsoft Merchant Center Admin to search by your Provider (store) ID under Merchant Search. Check for any Rejection Reason Code, EVHold, or ManualHold status. If any of these are present, it may prevent your campaign from delivering.
- Verify that your account is not paused and that you have an active payment method. 5. Review your campaign's account settings and budget in Microsoft Advertising. If the budget is lower than product group bids or if the monthly budget has been exceeded, this could prevent delivery.
- Finally, check the Overview tab in your campaign for any errors that may indicate a block in performance. These steps cover common scenarios that can lead to little or no delivery after campaign setup and should help identify the cause of your issue
I understand how frustrating it can be when your campaign isn’t delivering impressions despite all your efforts. To properly investigate and assist you further, I will be sending you a private message where you can securely share your account information.
This will allow us to take a closer look at your setup and identify the best possible solution for your case.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to resolving this issue for you as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
