    Hi James Breeds | OpenAgency,

It sounds like you're unable to log in to your personal Hotmail account because Microsoft Authenticator is no longer working after you reset your phone. Since you’re not receiving any more codes and don’t have access to the account through other methods, here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Try to recover your account through Microsoft’s recovery page Go to https://account.live.com/password/reset and enter your Hotmail email address. If you had a recovery email or phone number set up, you may be able to verify your identity and reset your password that way. If those options aren’t available, you’ll be asked to fill out a recovery form. Provide as much detail as possible to help Microsoft verify your identity.
    2. Check if you had backup enabled in Microsoft Authenticator If you previously enabled cloud backup in the Authenticator app, you can restore it on your new phone. Open the app, choose “Restore from backup,” and sign in with the same Microsoft account. If backup wasn’t enabled, this option won’t work.

    3. Contact Microsoft Support directly

If none of the recovery options work and you’re locked out completely, it's time to contact Microsoft Support. Please follow these steps:

    1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type Contact in the search box.
    3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or sign in to contact support below.
    4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category.
    5. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription.
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. You can choose to chat with a support representative or request a call back

Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

Besides, you can also contact Global Customer Service phone: Customer service phone numbers

I hope this helps you get back into your account.

    Best regards,

    Thomas
