Hi, I have a site that was blocked by WebRoot, who claimed this site was malicious. It appears that they haven't followed their own internal rules when checking this site.

It's a Sports site that is only used occasionally but has high traffic record towards the World championship dates. WebRoot how now validated that the site isn't malicious and have updated their databases.

I'm unable to find a place to log a call with Microsoft as the site Microsoft Support keep giving me won't accept any uploads of screen shots, yet this is required field to their Defender SmartScreen support team. Microsoft Support said they would log it on my behalf that was over 20 days ago. And you guess it no response!

The site only holds PDF or Excel files for the Athletes.

VirusTotal.com reports a clean site. See screenshot. As apparently Microsoft support teams won't go to any websites and view it directly they always have to view it through your Laptop?User's image

Any pages containing PDF files now has thisUser's image

Given I have been chasing my tail for over 30 days to get this fixed by Microsoft, completing the "Report your site as Safe" several times, since 1st July only to be ignored, does this just go to the SPAM emails? Microsoft support basically keep telling me to log another call with Microsoft via a different Portal, which when shown to Microsoft Support via a live link, doesn't work.

So can anyone tell me who to talk to at Microsoft to get Defender SmartScreen to unblock my site give the above information?
