Hello,

I recently discovered that Microsoft has been charging my PayPal account monthly since 2023. However, when I log into my Microsoft account, I see no record of these transactions — no subscriptions, no payment method saved, and no billing history.

Because of this, I had no way of knowing these payments were being made. I only found out by checking my PayPal activity, where I saw regular charges from Microsoft.

Here are the key details:

  • The payments are not authorized by me.

I have no active subscriptions or services linked to my Microsoft account.

My Microsoft account shows no payment method or billing history.

The charges have been going on without my knowledge.

I need help with the following:

Identifying what these charges are for.

Stopping the payments immediately.

Requesting a refund for the unauthorized charges.

    If you are still unable to trace what those payments were for, try using this method to contact their support to get a refund.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

    In the box provided, type billing.

    Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

    Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

    Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
