    Dear GuiMi,

This update has been known to fail for some users due to various system-level conflicts, including corrupted update components, firewall configuration issues, or missing servicing stack updates (SSU). Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Run the Windows Update troubleshooter and follow the prompts.
    2. Restart Update Services Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. Restart both Windows Update and Background Intelligent Transfer Service.
    3. Disable Windows Sandbox (if enabled) Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off. Uncheck Windows Sandbox, click OK, and restart your PC.
    4. Manually Install the Update First, install the Servicing Stack Update (KB5043080) from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Then download and install KB5062553 directly from the Microsoft Update Catalog.
    5. Perform an In-Place Upgrade (if all else fails) Use the Media Creation Tool to perform an in-place upgrade. This refreshes system files while keeping your data intact.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Domic Vo
