Issue with Android Fully Managed Enrollment – Invalid Token & Registration Failure

Question 1: I previously created an enrollment profile for Android in Fully Managed mode. After some time, I tried to enroll a device using the QR code, but encountered an "Invalid Token" error. I suspect (though I’m not certain) that this may have been caused by my earlier attempt to create a new profile with the same name.

Now, I’ve created a new enrollment profile (also Fully Managed for Android), but when I try to register a device, I receive the following error: "Something went wrong."

I have two questions:

How can I fix the "Invalid Token" error?  – Is it possible to recreate an enrollment profile using the same token as before?

What might cause the device registration to fail?  – How can I troubleshoot and resolve the "Something went wrong" error during enrollment?

    Hello user2342,

    Few things to check,

    1. It could expired tokens and regenerate the QR and try again.
    2. Make sure company portal app is up-to-date.
    3. Any conditional access policies inhibiting enrollment.
    4. Make sure the make/model supports Fully managed enrollment.
