    Hi @Thankgod David,

Good day to you! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

I sincerely apologize if any inconvenience caused, regarding to your description, I would recommend trying the following fixes to see if the issue resolves:

    1. Sign out then sign in again:
    • In the Teams mobile app, sign out completely from your account. Then sign back in with your organization credentials (or the account that has the guest access to the org). This can refresh account info and often fixes issues where the org was not appearing
    1. Verify account and invitation:
    • If you were added as a guest to the organization (using your personal Microsoft account email), ensure that the guest invitation was accepted and that your account is properly linked to the org. One way to verify is to visit the Microsoft account Organizations page. Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/organizations and see if your organization is listed there under your account
    1. Update Teams app:
    • Make sure you are running the latest version of Microsoft Teams on your phone. Microsoft frequently releases updates that resolve bugs with account switching
    1. Clear Teams cache:
    • If the app is still not switching accounts properly, there may be corrupted cache data. On Android, you can clear the Teams app cache by going to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Teams > Storage > Clear Cache. You might also select Clear Data (this will require you to log in again). This process can remove any stale data preventing org switching
    1. Check device management policy:
    • Some organizations enforce security policies that require your mobile device to be registered or managed before granting access to their Teams. If your company has such a policy, you might see a prompt when switching asking you to enroll your device or open a device management link

In the meantime, if you need to access Teams immediately, please use Teams on the web and Teams on desktop as a workaround. Go to https://teams.microsoft.com in a mobile browser, sign in to your work account, and you should be able to access the organization’s Teams that way.

If you have any further questions and concerns, please let me know. Looking forward to your response.

User's imageDo you see the "Accounts and orgs" section at the bottom of this screen on your mobile? The option to switch to the organizational account should be available there.
