Hello Mark55! I'm Quinn, here to help!

Please follow this step-by-step guide to fix the issue:

    1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info.
    2. Make sure it says "Signed in with a Microsoft account", not "Local account" or a work/school account.
    3. Sign in with the correct account. Use the same Microsoft Account you use at account.microsoft.com.
    4. After signing in, wait 24–48 hours for it to appear on the devices page.

    Run activation troubleshooter (optional)

    1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Troubleshoot.
    2. This won’t fix the listing directly but ensures the activation is tied to the MS account.

If still missing after 48 hours

    1. Remove and re-add the Microsoft Account in Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts.
    2. Sign in again, restart, and check.
