Please follow this step-by-step guide to fix the issue:
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info.
- Make sure it says "Signed in with a Microsoft account", not "Local account" or a work/school account.
- Sign in with the correct account. Use the same Microsoft Account you use at account.microsoft.com.
- After signing in, wait 24–48 hours for it to appear on the devices page.
Run activation troubleshooter (optional)
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Troubleshoot.
- This won’t fix the listing directly but ensures the activation is tied to the MS account.
If still missing after 48 hours
- Remove and re-add the Microsoft Account in Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts.
- Sign in again, restart, and check.
