Unable to see correct WIFI networks

Hi all,

After an update from windows 10 to windows 10 pro, I cannot access the internet or get connected to any WIFI network. I can see various Wifi enabled devices, such as my printer, and refigerator, but cannot connect to my home wifi network. Previously (if I remember correctly), I changed my advanced preferences under my Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 7260 to make it work, changing wireless mode. But after the update I cannot see the networks no matter what I do.

Please advise on what I should do next, thanks!

Hi, thank you for reaching out. I’m happy to help.

Let's check some additional information to help resolve the issue:

    1. What is the make and model of your device? In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter. Please share a screenshot of that window.
    2. Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager. Click View > Show Hidden devices Expand Network Adapter section. Take a screenshot and share it here.
