Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform and thank you for your question!

When Excel prints all six pages of your spreadsheet as one single page, it usually stems from automatic scaling settings. Here are a few things you can try that might help you can correct that and print across multiple distinct pages.

    1. Open your spreadsheet in Excel
    2. Go to the File tab and select Print
    3. In the Print Settings section
      • Look for Scaling options (it might say Fit Sheet on One Page).
      • Change it to No Scaling or choose Fit All Columns on One Page or Fit All Rows on One Page depending on your needs.
    4. You can also go to Page Layout tab
      • Size to choose your paper size.
      • Orientation to switch between Portrait and Landscape.
      • Margins to adjust spacing.
      • Click the small arrow in the Page Setup group to open more options
    5. In the Page Setup dialog
      • Under Page, make sure Adjust to is set to 100% normal size
      • Under Sheet, check that your print area is correct
    6. Preview your print layout to confirm it spans multiple pages

Please let me know how it goes. Wishing you a successful resolution and a great day!
