Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform and thank you for your question!
When Excel prints all six pages of your spreadsheet as one single page, it usually stems from automatic scaling settings. Here are a few things you can try that might help you can correct that and print across multiple distinct pages.
- Open your spreadsheet in Excel
- Go to the File tab and select Print
- In the Print Settings section
- Look for Scaling options (it might say Fit Sheet on One Page).
- Change it to No Scaling or choose Fit All Columns on One Page or Fit All Rows on One Page depending on your needs.
- You can also go to Page Layout tab
- Size to choose your paper size.
- Orientation to switch between Portrait and Landscape.
- Margins to adjust spacing.
- Click the small arrow in the Page Setup group to open more options
- In the Page Setup dialog
- Under Page, make sure Adjust to is set to 100% normal size
- Under Sheet, check that your print area is correct
- Preview your print layout to confirm it spans multiple pages
