How do I extend the expiration date of our Azure Credits?

Hello,

We have used about 67K of 150K credits. We are at Level 4 and were at 9 out of 10 tasks completed for further benefits. The remaining credits expire on 9/10/25. Our understanding is that we reach 50% usage of our credit, we can a) Extend the expiration date, and b) become eligible for additional credits. We will use about 5K more before 9/10/25, bringing our total used credits to 72K.

However, we have been unable to launch our app for the last 2 months since the Microsoft Partner IDs have not been reconciled between 2 Entra ID/Tenant ID and the support ticket has been bouncing around. How can we get someone at Microsoft for Startups to review our case and help us get the right support?
