Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome won't open.
If renamed the file location exe, it worked.

I checked it is not related to any AV impacted, and I followed forum then change the Chrome.exe to Chrome1.exe, it worked.
And I found 138 or 139 version, it also crash even I reinstalling the app and remove completely.
Moreover, it is randomly happened to some computer and I checked the news, it seems many people got it too.
