Quarantine notifications are enabled but notifications are not coming though
Hi All ,
We did not have end-user quarantine notifications enabled for Anti-malware policies . Hence , we decided to enabled it .
I created a new policy named QuarantineUserNotifyPolicy Screenshot 2025-08-11 174856.png with the policy configuration as shown in the screenshot attached
I have assigned this new Quarantine notification policy to deafult Anti-malware policy
Then I sent a test email from my personal account and I can confirm that the email was quarantined because of Malware but I have not received any notifications for the same .
I waited till today and I have not received any notifications yet .
I have also tried changing the global settings to 4 hours but the notifications did not come .
Can you help me understand why the notifications are not coming though . Did I miss any step ?
