    Hi JZ,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. No sound on your recordings? Here's are quick fixes you can do.

Volume and Output: Check your volume and make sure you've picked the right speakers or headphones in your sound settings as the default playback device. Right click on the speaker icon on the taskbar/tray icon>Sounds>Right click on the device you want to make default playback>Click default communications device

Test Other Audio: Try playing music or a video to see if the problem is your system or the recording.

Check the Recording: The recording might be silent. Open it in another player (like Windows Media player). If nothing, re-record with another working mic.

App Settings: If you used a recording app (Voice Recorder, Audacity, etc.): Did you pick the right mic? Was the recording saved right? Is the playback volume up? Are you using external speakers?

Update Audio Drivers (Windows): Old drivers can cause issues. Update in Device Manager>Sound, video and game controllers>[Your Audio Device]>Update driver.

If you need more help, feel free to reply to this thread.

    Cheers,

    Res
