cant activate my bought digital copy of windows 10 pro and home edition..pls help me..

pls help me i cannot activate my genuine copy of windows home edition and pro edition.

usually when i click troubleshoot it solves that i know...but it wont work for me now..

    To better diagnose the issue,

    1. Right-click Start button and Choose Windows Powershell(admin) and type in the following command:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

    You will get a window. Take a screenshot and send it in the next reply.

    1. Run the activation troubleshooter and send us the output.
