How to top-up/add credit to Microsoft Teams App/Skype Account in order to make call to others

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Kindly take note, users with active subscriptions and Skype Credits are able to use the Skype Dial Pad to continue to make calls to landlines and mobile numbers. You can also find the dial pad on the web at calling.web.skype.com.

You can continue using your remaining credit to make phone calls from Skype Dial Pad on the Web. However it is no longer possible to top-up credit or to purchase a new subscription.
