I am an admin for my client who uses the Outlook iPhone app. He has had this issue 3 times in the last 6 months. I have set up his Outlook on-site the previous time this occurred so I know he has 2FA on however, he has once again been asked to setup 2FA. I have ruled out any issues with his phone, he signs back into the app as it logs him out periodically and has asked him to setup 2FA again. He is logged in on his computer and hasn't asked for 2FA setup so I'm not sure why this is happening. Does anyone know why?
