Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
- Do you have any extensions installed on your Microsoft Edge web browser?
- Go to edge://extensions/ and remove all the extensions from your web browser.
- Restart Edge.
- If you're having issues, remove the edge user profile and create a New one.
- Go to edge://settings/profiles and select Add Profile.
- Sign in with a different account.
- Then, remove your old Profile in Add profile section.
- You can then sign in with your previous Microsoft account and open the Edge browser.
- If the issue persists even with the New user profile, Uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Edge browser.
To uninstall the Edge web browser, open the Command Prompt (Admin) and run the first command below.

On the next line, run the command below to uninstall the Edge web browser.
